Want to know if you're at risk for injury, or how best to optimize your movements?
Look no further: our team of physical therapists and trainers is providing full assessments for NCRC junior tennis athletes! Each screen will last 20 minutes and will consist of stations that cover range of motion, strength, power, and speed/agility.
Once the screens are completed and evaluated, the team will schedule a follow-up session with coaches and parents to review findings and provide recommendations. They will cover the areas in which your child may be most at risk for injury, as well as areas in which some program modifications should be implemented for safe and optimized results.
