David Mendez

David Mendez, LMT, is an essential part of his community, and he is always trying to give back. He will often be found providing chair/table massages at various events, such as the George Washington Bridge Challenge (hosted by the American Cancer Society in Englewood Cliffs, NJ), the Special Olympics or the New Haven MS Bike Tour for the Cure.

Being part of an individual’s journey to get back on track to recovery is very rewarding for David, who has always wanted to help others. He is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association as well as its Connecticut chapter’s sports massage team. And even though David plays an active role in his community, he always has time to coach his son’s sports teams, spend time with his family, read and even collect comic books.
