Karlos Baltodano, LMT, is a massage therapist who is certified in sports massage therapy and pre-natal massage and specializes in orthopedic massage. He is based in Darien and New Canaan and has been practicing since 2010.
With his background in physical therapy, Karlos is able to bring a unique approach to his massage therapy, especially therapeutic massage. He believes that massage therapy is a critical function of rehabilitation programs, from orthopedic to neurological treatments.
Outside of work, Karlos carves out time to study and continuously improve his education, knowledge, and massage techniques.
