MAT PILATES

60-minute Mat Pilates focusing on breathing, proper alignment, and core activation. This blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture and reduces stress. Our Mat Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked, and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.Hybrid model offered on-site and virtually.

CORE AND LEGS

60-minute Zoom class focused on toning up the muscles of the abs and legs and improving stability through the core and hips. Equipment: resistance bands, yoga mat, dumbbells.

FOREVER FIT

60-minute class designed for clients aged 50 and above to improve balance, gain strength, increase flexibility, and have fun. All classes are taught by our certified personal trainers and are available in three experience levels – basic, intermediate, and advanced.

WOMEN'S FITNESS: RESTORE THE CORE

60-minute class aimed at teaching women how to train their core and pelvic floor from the ground up for core stability through bodyweight exercises and dumbbells. Perfect for postnatal mothers who want to build back their total body strength, but applicable to all.Coming soon.

TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE

Total-body workout that targets every muscle. Equipment ranges from dumbbells, sleds, TRX suspension trainers, plyo boxes, kettlebells, and the use of your bodyweight.

ADULT RUNNERS

Hybrid class that helps runners build strength in muscles that are used during long distance runs. Seeks to improve hip stability and core strength to decrease injury and increase performance. Dumbbells and minibands required.
