Glenn is a thirty-year veteran of the wellness industry. A highly skilled operator, financial planner and wellness business professional; Glenn was the former owner of a 10,000 square foot, high-end, high-touch wellness facility in New Canaan. Glenn then successfully transitioned to multi-unit, "value-based" fitness operations and sales at a growing, successful chain of clubs, also in the Fairfield County area. He was also contracted to open two boutique fitness studios in Darien and Fairfield.
Through his extensive experience in all facets of the wellness business, Glenn has developed a strategy that ensures quality services by hiring quality staff, leveraging the latest technology and implementing high-touch customer service. There is a health crisis in this country and Glenn believes that creates a major business opportunity and an opportunity to help people through optimal health coaching and prevention.
Glenn has a BS degree in Marketing from Babson College, which is consistently rated by US News & World reports as one of the top 10 business schools in the United States. Babson College is also known for producing successful entrepreneurs across all businesses throughout the United States and abroad.
Known as an innovator and problem solver, Glenn believes in a team approach to business, logical business organization by function and incentive-based management that consistently rewards all within an operation towards common goals. Glenn motivates his teams with positive reinforcement, training, mentoring and clear, directed communication.
Glenn is an avid sportsman and enjoys playing platform tennis, tennis and golf, and is a former high-level ice hockey coach. Glenn is also a voracious learner; among his interests are technology, Eastern spiritual thought, history, human evolution and behavior, science, religion and non-fiction.
