Julia Greco oversees the Human Resources department, including heading talent acquisition, payroll, onboarding and offboarding employees, managing employee performance, establishing a positive workplace culture and event planning.

In her free time, Julia enjoys working out every day after work, especially on the Peloton. In the summer, you can find her playing softball on a few local teams in Fairfield County.
