Kirsten Gerst

Kirsten Gerst, PT, DPT, OCS is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Physical Therapist with over 14 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic care. She earned her B.S. in Biology with a minor in Psychology from the University of Richmond and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from New York University.

Kirsten specializes in orthopedics, movement efficiency, and performance optimization, blending advanced rehabilitation techniques with individualized programming to enhance strength, stability, and recovery. She has held leadership roles mentoring clinicians and coordinating student internships, reflecting her commitment to collaborative, evidence-based care.

Her training includes integrative dry needling, myofascial release, spinal/manual therapy, and ACL rehabilitation, allowing her to provide comprehensive, personalized care that helps clients move better, recover faster, and perform at their best.
