Our highly specialized personal trainers, athletic trainers and exercise physiologists will work with your team or build one around you to ensure success.

Providers take the latest science and turn it into curated programming, building sustainable habits and minimizing risk of injury while completing milestones faster than ever. We also incorporate wearable technology into training sessions, using the data to optimize workouts and monitor recovery.

Meet Our Trainers
Our personal trainers hold various certifications, including strength and conditioning, exercise physiology, corrective exercise, sports nutrition and more. They specialize in a variety of areas, including post-rehab recovery, post- natal fitness, athletes, cardiac training and rehabilitation, sports medicine, and balance and stability training, among others.
Personal trainers and exercise physiologists curate personalized sessions based on the client’s abilities and physical limitations to help them achieve their goals. We offer 30-minute and 60-minute one-on-one sessions as well as semi-private sessions that can accommodate two people.
Sport specific training enhances overall performance, improve areas of weakness and reduce potential risk of injury. Our team works with athletes from variety of backgrounds, including football, crew, baseball, basketball, hockey, lacrosse, swimming & diving, water polo, golf, racquet sports, track & field, marathons, triathlons, and more.
With personalized programming and a team approach to care, you can optimize your golf performance by improving your strength and mobility. Our Titleist Performance Institute Certified golf experts examine inefficiencies in your biomechanics and identify areas for improvement through a musculoskeletal lens.
Small Group Fitness Classes
Our group classes consist of 4 to 6 clients and programming is predetermined based on the theme and goal of the class. Unlike typical group classes where participants all complete the same exercises, regardless of their ability or physical limitations, we work to curate exercises based on our their exact needs and limitations.
