Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates class focused on breathing, proper alignment, and core activation. This blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture and reduces stress. Our balanced approach ensures that no muscle group is overworked, and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity. Virtual options available.
Forever Fit
Designed to improve balance and stability, gain strength, increase flexibility, and have fun. All classes are taught by our certified personal trainers and are available in two experience levels: beginner and advanced.
Longevity for Women
Fitness programming with a community feel that focuses on resistance, strength, and mobility training to maintain bone density, prevent muscle mass loss, and increase energy during perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.
Total Body Fitness
Total body workout that involves functional exercises, resistance training, mobility exercises, and stretching while targeting all muscle groups. Perform the most effective exercises to improve general aerobic fitness, strength, and power to get you both fit and staying healthy.
Train Like an Athlete
Advanced level fitness class that focuses on compound and dynamic movements as well as plyometrics. Equipment ranges from dumbbells, sleds, TRX suspension trainers, plyo boxes, kettlebells, and the use of your bodyweight.
