Nicole Kelly
“After more than 20 years of teaching, I know there’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all workout. I combine precision, encouragement, and challenge to help each client move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their own unique way.”
Nicole Kelly is a Master Pilates Instructor known for her intelligent, form-focused approach to strength, injury recovery, and long-term movement health. She balances technical precision and breathwork with warmth and enthusiasm, creating sessions that are both safe and empowering.
A lifelong athlete, Nicole became an NSCA Personal Trainer and ACE Group Exercise Instructor before completing a rigorous two-year apprenticeship through the PhysicalMind Institute, earning her Master Instructor certification. Since beginning her Pilates career in 2005, she has pursued advanced training in Pre/Postnatal Pilates, Senior Fitness, and Pilates Rehabilitation for clients with spinal conditions and injuries.
Nicole has worked with a wide range of clients — from professional athletes to children with special needs — and brings adaptability, patience, and thoughtful programming to every session. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies from Syracuse University, a background that strengthens her ability to educate, motivate, and connect with each individual she teaches.
Nicole believes movement should be precise, purposeful, and empowering — helping clients build strength and confidence that carries into everyday life.
