Ana Wilkowski, CFO, brings more than two decades of financial leadership and strategic expertise to Performance Optimal Health. Before helping to found and grow the company, Ana built her career on Wall Street, serving in several roles at global financial institutions including J.P. Morgan. Her experience in high-level financial strategy, risk management, and operational oversight laid the foundation for the strong financial infrastructure that supports Performance today.

Since co-founding Performance Optimal Health, Ana has overseen all aspects of accounting and finance, guiding the organization through sustained growth and expansion across Connecticut and Florida. Her leadership ensures the company operates with both fiscal discipline and long-term strategic vision — enabling the clinical team to focus on delivering exceptional care.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ana is deeply rooted in the Greenwich community, where she raised four daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys running and immersing herself in a great book — pursuits that reflect her belief in balance, lifelong growth, and personal well-being.
