Julia Yanarella, PTA, is a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant with over four years of experience supporting patients through injury recovery, post-surgical rehabilitation, and performance improvement. She works closely with physical therapists to implement individualized treatment plans that help patients restore mobility, build strength, and return to the activities they love.

Julia specializes in guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, functional mobility training, and hands-on treatment techniques designed to support recovery from orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related injuries. She is also certified in Graston Technique, allowing her to incorporate advanced soft tissue therapy into patient care to improve mobility and reduce pain.
