Lyndon Ratcliffe, BA, brings more than a decade of experience in strategy, operations, and executive leadership support across finance, technology startups, and growth-stage organizations. As Chief of Staff, Lyndon works closely with Performance’s executive team to translate strategic vision into actionable initiatives that drive growth, operational efficiency, and long-term success. 

Throughout his career, Lyndon has partnered with founders, investors, and leadership teams to guide high-stakes decision-making, streamline business operations, and align cross-functional teams around key priorities. His experience spans capital strategy, go-to-market execution, enterprise customer acquisition, and organizational scaling. 

Prior to joining Performance Optimal Health, Lyndon held investment, strategy, and operations roles across venture capital, investment banking, and high-growth technology companies. His work has supported major initiatives including raising tens of millions of dollars in startup funding, executing large M&A and private placement transactions, securing multibillion-dollar enterprise clients, and building operational systems that accelerate decision-making and delivery. 

Lyndon is known for his ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights that leadership teams can leverage to make informed strategic decisions. By aligning teams, processes, and priorities, he helps organizations operate with greater focus and effectiveness.
