Kristen Norrgard
“Recovery is not just about healing-it's about restoring confidence, movement, and the ability to live fully without limitation.”
Kristen Norrgard, PT, DPT, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy dedicated to helping individuals recover from injury, restore movement, and build long-term resilience. With experience across both acute care and outpatient orthopedic settings, she brings a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to rehabilitation.
Kristen completed her clinical training at leading institutions including Westchester Medical Center and Orthopedic & Neurosurgery Specialists (ONS), where she treated a wide range of conditions—from post-surgical cases such as ACL reconstruction and joint replacements to complex orthopedic and neurological presentations. She has experience guiding patients through every stage of recovery, from early mobility and pain management to advanced strength and functional performance.
Her approach combines hands-on care, progressive therapeutic exercise, and patient education to ensure individuals not only recover—but understand how to maintain their progress long-term. Kristen emphasizes proper movement mechanics, injury prevention, and personalized programming tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle.
