Autumn Cavanagh is a junior marketing coordinator who brings a dynamic blend of creativity, leadership, and results-driven experience to the Performance team. With a background in sales, client relations, social media strategy, and event planning, she is passionate about crafting meaningful connections and compelling brand experiences. She’s also engaged in the local South Florida community, with a focus on supporting wellness-focused groups like the growing pickleball scene.

A graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Psychology and minors in Italian Studies and Sociology, Autumn is an honors student and multi-award winner, recognized for her drive, innovation, and team spirit. Prior to joining Performance, she built and led high-performing sales teams and developed a small business through creative content and social media growth.

Autumn’s ability to connect with people, develop strategy, and execute with detail makes her a valuable asset to the marketing team. Whether she's coordinating campaigns, planning events, or contributing fresh ideas to elevate the brand, Autumn brings energy and excellence to everything she does. Outside of work, she’s a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters, passionate about empowering the next generation with confidence, connection, and curiosity.
