Michael Reinemann, LMT, specializes in orthopedic and clinical massage, myoskeletal alignment therapy, and sports massage. Kelsey enjoys working with clients and their various health goals, offering expertise in TMJ relief, prenatal massage, rotator cuff issues, neck discomfort, and low back/hip release. Her approach blends techniques from years of experience and ongoing education, including a MAT course by Erik Dalton, to provide structured massage and maintenance.

Kelsey's two main goals are to have clients getting off the massage table in a better state than when they arrived, and help the client sustain that improvement beyond each session; promoting health through a holistic perspective.

Angela Leite, LMT, is a massage therapist based in Hamden with over two decades of experience as a massage therapist and physical therapist. Deirdre Otto, LMT, is a massage therapist who specializes in stress management and pain reduction. She works with a variety of clients, but is passionate about working with people who are seeking to reduce their pain.

Working closely with physical therapists allows Deirdre to be an integral part in the treatment process of many physical therapy clients, both during the treatment and after they are discharged. Deirdre's goal is to help her clients feel better and return to the things and activities they love, as soon as possible.

Deirdre started out as a recreational therapist, and has worked with patients on their recovery of physical and mental function. She brings this knowledge into her approach as a massage therapist, maintaining an adaptive approach that helps her to tailor each massage for the client's specific needs.

Deirdre is an excellent resource for her clients, providing them with self-care tips and ways to manage stress.

Anne Triano, LMT, is both a mother and mentor. After raising her three sons with her husband Chuck, she completed the Massage Program at Cortiva Institute and now helps her clients on the road to wellness. Anne loves having the opportunity to see people progress and improve their conditions through massage therapy. She focuses on the best treatment for her clients and utilizes various massage techniques such as prenatal, trigger point therapy, sports and deep tissue, Swedish and relaxation.

Having herself gone through many injuries and physical therapy, Anne knows how hard it can be to recover without a helping hand. Anne is interested in physiology and anatomy and is always willing to learn more about the body and mind to provide the best massage experience possible. She even continues to participate in Massage Therapy Continuing Education courses.

Anne continues to stay active through yoga, tennis, golf, long walks and biking. Books also capture her attention — especially historical fiction, psychological thrillers and memoirs.
