Andrew Lauderdale, CPT, is a Physical Therapy Aide and Personal Trainer, specializing in working with athletes and individuals seeking to become more active in their daily lives. Andrew is a former professional athlete who played in the NFL and CFL, bringing a unique perspective to training. He combines his athletic background with advanced exercise testing expertise, including the Bruce Protocol, YMCA Testing, PWC170 Testing, Astrand Submaximal Aerobic Power Testing, and Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB) Testing.

Since 2023, Andrew has been a Physical Therapy Aide at Performance Optimal Health, learning from our team of professionals to further hone his skills in rehabilitation and personalized care. His research in cardiac rehabilitation and exercise testing procedures enhances his ability to create evidence-based, individualized programs that prioritize safety and effectiveness.
