Bobbi Kennedy, LMT, is a licensed massage therapist specializing in therapeutic massage designed to relieve pain, support recovery, and improve overall well-being. With extensive hands-on clinical training, she focuses on identifying each client’s individual needs and developing customized treatment plans that promote healing and long-term mobility.

Bobbi has experience working with a wide range of clients, helping address issues such as muscle tension, injury recovery, chronic pain, and stress. Her approach combines multiple massage techniques—including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, cupping, hot stone therapy, and aromatherapy—to create targeted and effective treatments.

Before joining Performance Optimal Health, Bobbi served as the lead licensed massage therapist at Massage Heights. Most recently, she was a licensed massage therapist at Synergy Health. She is known for her strong client relationships and has maintained an impressive client retention rate through her commitment to personalized care and results-driven treatment.
