Ceasar Teano, PT, DPT, CSCS, is a physical therapist with broad clinical experience in orthopedics, neurology, vestibular rehabilitation, cardiopulmonary care, and trauma. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Hastings College.

Before joining Performance Optimal Health, Ceasar worked with Millennium Physician Group, specializing in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, and as a traveling physical therapist, delivering care across diverse clinical settings. He is committed to evidence-based, patient-centered care, empowering each individual to take an active role in their recovery and long-term health.
