Kristen Chacho serves as our Practice Administrator, overseeing operations across all locations in Connecticut and Florida. With over 10 years at the company, Kristen brings deep institutional knowledge and a steady, people-first approach to her role.

She works closely with Clinical Operations Lead Michael Beecher, supporting clinical teams and helping ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience across every site. Kristen also partners with site leads at each location, assisting with day-to-day operations, problem-solving, and process coordination to keep clinics running efficiently and consistently.

Kristen’s long-standing commitment to Performance Optimal Health, combined with her collaborative leadership style, makes her a key resource for both clinical and administrative teams as the organization continues to grow.
