Reagan Goldstein
“Movement should feel purposeful, expressive, and tailored to the individual—just like dance..”
Reagan Goldstein is a Mat Pilates instructor with a strong foundation in dance, movement science, and individualized instruction. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Quinnipiac University with a concentration in Sports Medicine, bringing a thoughtful, anatomy-informed approach to every class she teaches.
A trained competitive dancer for over 15 years, Reagan developed a deep appreciation for technique, control, and intentional movement. After transitioning from dance, she discovered Pilates and was drawn to its strong parallels to ballet and barre—particularly its focus on alignment, precision, and mindful strength. During her time at Quinnipiac, she further deepened her practice through coursework centered on the foundations of Pilates and effective class instruction.
Reagan’s teaching style is heavily influenced by dance technique, blending principles from ballet and barre to create classes that emphasize posture, control, and fluid movement. She believes Pilates should be accessible to everyone and prioritizes tailoring each class to meet individuals where they are—whether they are new to Pilates or looking to refine their practice.
Her goal is to create a supportive, engaging environment where clients can build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence.
