The Forever Fit Intermediate class increases the intensity from the beginner class while maintaining a focus on strength and flexibility with an additional emphasis on balance and fall-risk prevention.

Our Forever Fit Advanced class is designed for older adults looking to improve their, balance, agility, strength, and coordination through functional strengthening exercises and dynamic movements involving agility ladders, hurdles and other obstacles.
